Add Permissions to Templates
Once the schedule template has been created, you can add permissions to the template, its tasks, and its subtasks.
User roles must be created and assigned before permissions can be granted.
Assign roles to subtasks:

Navigate to the desired schedule template.

Click the Permissions tab.

Select a role filter:

Click Please select a role filter first.

The role filter expands.

Select the desired role (use Ctrl + click to select multiple).

Click OK.
The schedule template appears in the first column. There is also a column for each selected role.

In the Assignee column, click Select next to the subtask name.
A new window containing a list of roles appears.

Select the check box next to each role to be assigned to the subtask.

When complete, click Save.
