Add Forms

See how to create new forms.

Using Form Administration allows for creating and managing forms easily and intuitively.

The Forms page allows you to perform the following functions:

  • Preview forms

  • Create and manage form sections, rows, and columns

  • Move sections, rows, and attributes

  • Delete sections and remove attributes

Add a new form:

  1. Navigate to the Forms page.

  2. Click Add.

  3. Enter the name of the form (required).

  4. Select the object type and status.

  5. Select Active or Inactive.

    It is recommended that the status is set to inactive until the form is complete.

  6. Click Submit to create the form.
