IP Restrictions

The IP Restrictions section of the Portfolio Customization page allows you to restrict the IP addresses from which users can log in to the Siterra system.

In order for Accruent to support a portfolio that has IP restrictions, Accruent IP addresses must be allowed.

Add an IP Restriction:

1. Navigate to the Portfolio Customization page.

2. In the IP Restrictions section, click Add.

3. Select either Single IP or IP Range.

   If Single IP was selected, enter the IP address in the From IP field.

   If IP Range was selected, enter the first IP address in the From IP field. Then, enter the last digit of the IP range in the fourth box of the To IP field.

4. Select the Is Active? check box if the restriction is to be active.

5. When complete, click Submit.

You can add as many restrictions as necessary. To remove a restriction, clear the Is Active? check box.
