Access the Project List

In order to use the Project Tracker, you must first conduct a search to return a list of Projects.

Return a list of Projects:

  1. Navigate to the Project Tracker.

  2. Using the Show Schedule Template drop-down menu, select the desired Schedule Template.

    The Select Tasks button appears.

  3. Using the From drop-down menu, select an organization unit from the navigation hierarchy.

  4. To make searching a high level organization unit easier, select the Include child objects in search check box.

  5. Click Select Tasks.

    A new window appears.

  6. Using the Select Tasks drop-down menu or by scrolling through individual tasks, select the check boxes next to the desired tasks (choosing Milestones from the Select Tasks drop-down menu automatically selects all milestones. Alternatively, you can manually scroll through and select each milestone).

  7. Click Select.

  8. Complete any additional search parameters desired.

  9. Click Search.

    Results are populated in the Results section.

    Search results are limited to 1500 Projects.
